Before founding Dilis Consulting, Kristen spent several years working in education, developing a passion for helping others reach their full potential. She gained valuable experience in student support services, curriculum development, and educational administration, all of which have informed her approach to assisting business leaders in achieving their professional goals.

Additionally, Kristen has a strong background in mental health, having worked in various capacities within the field. Her experience includes providing direct support to individuals struggling with mental health challenges, as well as facilitating workshops and training sessions on stress management, resilience, and work-life balance.

Drawing on her expertise in education and mental health, Kristen excels in organizing and streamlining operations, managing complex schedules, and overseeing project management to ensure seamless operations for her clients. Her primary goal remains steadfast: to empower business leaders to succeed professionally while maintaining balance and wellness in their personal lives.
